Returns

• You may return your AuraCam within 60 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
• Items must be returned in their original condition with proof of purchase.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect).
• If a discount code was applied at checkout, you’ll be refunded the actual amount paid.

Exchanges

• We will replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
